I had a wonderful stay at the hotel right in the heart of the city center in Florence. The location was perfect for exploring the major museums and famous tourist destinations. The rooms were comfortable, but having a refrigerator on level 2 would have been convenient. The service was exceptional, offering various amenities like dry cleaning and tours assistance, making my stay hassle-free. The dining experience, with delicious salads at discounted prices, added to the value. However, the lack of some facilities was noticeable, affecting the overall experience.
